Order & Menu Management

Guests scan the QR code, open the menu, place the order, and complete payment. Orders appear instantly in your panel.

Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera. The menu opens without app download and ordering continues on-screen.

Yes. You can highlight products you want to promote and make them more visible in categories.

Yes. You can add allergen and nutrition information to product cards for compliance and customer trust.

Delivery

No. Chef Smart Pro does not take commission on delivery orders. Revenue stays directly with your business.

You can define rules by country/region/district/neighborhood. The system validates address and applies minimum basket and delivery fees automatically.

Yes. Customers can track and past orders in My Account > My Orders and see live status updates.

Reservation

Yes. Guests can access the menu via reservation link and place pre-orders before check-in.

Yes. With mail templates and automation rules, you can send automatic pre/post check-in notifications.

Technical & Integrations

You can use API endpoints for menu, product, order, QR, and reservation flows and integrate your systems in JSON format.
